The amount of medicine a person consumes depends upon the strength of Butalbital, duration, and how much you consume in a day. The necessary dose of Butalbital is one or two capsules or tablets in a day within the gap of four hours.
If you missed the dose of butalbital, then take the dose as soon as you remember, but do not double the dose.
Skip the missed dose of Butalbital if the time for the next dose is near.

Side effects of Butalbital are Light-headedness, shortness of breath, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, constipation, dry mouth, increased urination, dizziness, drowsiness, trouble in sleeping, mental and mood changes, fainting, seizures, fast and irregular heartbeat.
